Lilleth’s work navigates dissociation and embodiment, both globally and personally. To leave the body is often an act of self-protection. To return to the body is an act of healing. Lilleth creates immersive installations activated for performance and audience engagement. By employing sculpture, movement, music, lights, and video, Lilleth and their collaborators attempt to create space for collective embodied healing.

Lilleth is also the founder and director of YOU ARE HERE CREATIONS (, aiming to create equitable access to healing and creative expression.
